Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter
 The promoter of this competition is Huddle Baby Ltd, trading as huddlebaby.com, (the “Promoter”), registered in the UK.

2. Eligibility
 2.1 Entry is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
 2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, agents, or any third party involved in the competition management are not eligible.

3. Entry Period
 3.1 The competition opens at 09.00 (GMT) on 6th March 2026 and closes at 17.00 (GMT) on 8th March 2026 (“Entry Period”).
 3.2 Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter
 4.1 To enter, participants must:
    • Scan the QR code at the Huddle Baby Ltd stand, at The Baby Show at London Excel during 6th – 8th March 2026
    • Complete the entry form with all required information; and
    • Submit the form before the Entry Period closes.
 4.2 Only one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

5. The Prize
 5.1 One (1) free bedside crib and one pack of two sheets (“Prize”) will be awarded.
 5.2 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.
 5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
 6.1 The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the Entry Period.
 6.2 The draw will take place during week commencing 9th March 2026
 6.3 The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 5 business days of the draw.
 6.4 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, an alternative winner may be selected.

7. Delivery of Prize
 7.1 The Promoter will arrange delivery of the Prize to the winner’s UK address only.
 7.2 Delivery times may vary and are dependent on the supplier.

8. Data Protection
 8.1 Personal data collected from entrants will be used for administering this competition and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at huddlebaby.com/privacy.
 8.2 By entering, participants agree to the Promoter storing and using their personal data for these purposes.

9. Publicity
 By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity and to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes without additional payment.

10. Liability
 10.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, damaged, or incomplete.
 10.2 Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

11. General
 11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
 11.2 The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.
